By accessing or using the Five Star Alliance platform, directory, or verification services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Five Star Alliance provides a directory of home service professionals vetted through our proprietary AI and manual auditing processes. We offer businesses the opportunity to be evaluated for the "Five Star Excellence Award" and listed on our platform.

3. Business Submissions and Verification

For businesses applying for verification:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information about your business.
  • The verification fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the audit.
  • Five Star Alliance reserves the right to grant or deny the "Five Star Excellence Award" based solely on our internal criteria.
  • Listed businesses must maintain ongoing high standards; we reserve the right to revoke awards and remove listings if quality drops.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Five Star Alliance and its licensors. The "Five Star Excellence Award" logo and branding may only be used by actively verified and approved businesses in accordance with our branding guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Five Star Alliance, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
